Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrazyPM CRM, available at https://crzypm.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CrazyPM CRM is a customer relationship management platform for teams: clients, deals, tasks, messaging integrations (Telegram, Threads) and AI-assisted tools. Features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the actions of team members you invite.

3. Your Content

Data you enter into the CRM (clients, deals, notes, messages) belongs to you. You grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting third-party accounts (Threads, Telegram, Google) is optional and subject to those platforms' own terms. When using the Threads integration you must comply with Meta's Platform Terms; content you publish through the Service (e.g. replies to Threads posts) is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity, spam, or harassment.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or circumvent rate limits of integrated platforms.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data caused by third-party platforms, or downtime of integrated services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
