Privacy Policy

CrazyPM CRM ("we", "us", "our") is a customer relationship management platform available at https://crzypm.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data — name, email address and password hash you provide when registering, or profile data received from Google when you sign in with Google.
  • CRM data — clients, deals, tasks, notes and other content you or your team enter into the system. This data belongs to you.
  • Threads integration data — if you connect a Threads (Meta) account, we store your Threads user ID, username and an access token you authorize, and we retrieve public Threads posts that match keywords you define, using the official Threads API.
  • Telegram integration data — if you connect Telegram, we store session data and messages needed to display your dialogs inside the CRM.
  • Technical data — server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide the CRM service: display your data, sync connected accounts, send notifications.
  • To search public Threads posts by your keywords and show matches only to you — the user who connected the account. Fetched posts are never shared with other users, published or resold.
  • To generate AI suggestions (lead scoring, draft replies) — post text may be processed by OpenAI's API for this purpose only.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors, strictly to provide the features you use:

  • Meta Threads API — searching public posts and publishing replies you approve.
  • Google OAuth — optional sign-in.
  • Telegram API — optional messaging integration.
  • OpenAI API — optional AI analysis and reply drafting.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored in our database hosted on our own servers. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time in the CRM settings — the related access token is deactivated immediately. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data; see our Data Deletion Instructions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
