Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: August 3, 2026

Disconnect the Threads integration

1. Sign in to CrazyPM CRM.
2. Open Threads → Settings (/threads/monitor/settings).
3. Click Disconnect. Your Threads access token is deactivated immediately.

You can also revoke the app's access on the Threads side: in the Threads app or website go to Settings → Account → Website permissions, find crazypmtreads and remove access.

Delete collected Threads data

To have all Threads-related data (access token, profile info, fetched posts) permanently deleted from our database, email us at support@crzypm.com from the email address associated with your CRM account with the subject "Threads data deletion". We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete your entire account

To delete your CrazyPM CRM account and all associated data, email support@crzypm.com with the subject "Account deletion". We will delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm by email.
